Claude at Work · Natixis

A program built for Natixis, on the work they actually do. Each session picks up where the last one left off: a project, then a skill, then the rules of a deliverable and the artifact that feeds them, then a chain of agents that goes and finds the answers, and says what only you can supply — the same folder, the same Claude, one more thing each week. The last session climbs all four steps again in one go, on a deal nobody has opened, then on the deliverable each of you rebuilds on every transaction.

Session 1

Projects

The opening session: what the five weeks cover, and the brief of the demo the whole program is built on.

Session 2

Skills

Last week, five prompts and a deck. This week, one line, and the same deck. Then a second skill, described in plain language, that keeps a price file current on its own. And the two skills wired together: the same deck, with a twelfth slide.

Session 3

Artifacts

Last week, a skill: your way of working, written once. This week, the page the ECM desk sends after every deal, and three attempts to automate it. The prompt gets the coupon wrong. The skill gets it right, because the rules were written. And an artifact turns seventeen questions in a chat into a page the banker fills in two minutes.

Session 4

Agents

Last week, the rules of a deliverable, and a page. This week, the same one-pager, and nobody types the answers. A chain of agents reads the documents, rebuilds the book from the allocation file, computes what can be computed, and checks the page against the desk's own. Then it refuses a folder nobody prepared, and says who has to supply what is missing.

Synthesis

Four sessions, four moves: ask, equip, arbitrate, delegate. This week, all four in one go, on a deal nobody in the room has opened: a pricing release, and nothing else. The chain stops, says what is missing and who has it, goes and gets the public piece, and the page prints once the desk has supplied its own. Then a credit note, and the deliverable each of you rebuilds: what sits in a document, what computes, and what only you can supply.
